Engr. Carpio founded CTC Construction and Supplies in Catarman, Northern Samar, and has led it as General Manager and Principal Engineer since. Alongside running the firm, he also serves as General Manager of the Project Management Association of Japan (PMAJ) in Tokyo — an international role that keeps CTC's project delivery grounded in global project-management practice.
