We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not collect personal information through passive analytics on this site.
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, evaluate a job application, or otherwise communicate with you about the request you made. We do not sell, rent, or use your information for unrelated marketing.
Submissions are stored in a access-controlled database that only authenticated CTC staff can view — visitor and applicant data is never publicly readable. Resume files are automatically scanned for malware before they become viewable by staff; files that fail this check are discarded and never stored.
A small number of service providers process data on our behalf, only to the extent needed to run this site, and are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes:
Submissions remain in our inbox until our team archives or deletes them. Internal system backups are retained for a limited period (30 days by default) and are automatically pruned after that.
